The domain name www.ourbrandshop.in (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned by OURBRANDSHOP ONLINE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
1. It is the user's responsibility to keep the details of the account and password confidential and Customer agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Account or Password. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by the user to protect the account details or the password.

They shall not use the credit/debit card or pre-paid payment instrument which is not lawfully owned by them, i.e. in any transaction, they must use their own credit/debit card or pre-paid instrument account. Customer will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their credit/debit card details or pre-paid instrument account.

4. Any purchase of the Products from the Website will be strictly for personal use of the User. The User hereby expressly agrees that any merchandise or Services purchased by the User will not be sold, resold, bartered or in any way used for any commercial purposes or for profit.
